We ship all orders through Shiprocket. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is automatically sent to your registered mobile number and email address. You can use that link to check your shipment status in real time.
How to Track Your Order
- Wait for the dispatch SMS or email from us — this arrives within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.
- The message includes a Shiprocket tracking link and your AWB (Air Waybill) number.
- Click the link to open the live tracking page and see exactly where your package is.
Tracking via Your Account
- Log in to your account at https://littledecorthing.com/.
- Go to My Account > Orders.
- Select the order you want to track.
- Click Track Shipment to open the Shiprocket tracking page.
Tracking as a Guest
If you checked out without creating an account, use the tracking link in your dispatch SMS or email. You do not need a login to track.
What the Statuses Mean
- Order Placed: Your order has been received and payment confirmed.
- Processing: We are packing your order for dispatch.
- Dispatched / Shipped: Your order has been handed to Shiprocket. Your tracking number is now active.
- In Transit: Your package is moving through Shiprocket’s courier network toward your location.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local delivery agent and is arriving today.
- Delivered: Your package has been marked as delivered at your address.
Tracking Link Not Working Yet?
Shiprocket tracking links can take 12 to 24 hours to go live after dispatch. If the link is still inactive after 24 hours, contact us and we will check the status directly on Shiprocket.
Expected delivery is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, call or WhatsApp us at (+91) 888-207-9365 and we will investigate immediately.
