Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch for all locations across India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, so you can expect your order within 4 to 7 days of placing it under normal conditions.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange the rest.

We arrange a reverse pickup through Shiprocket from your doorstep. You do not need to drop the item at any courier office. Our team will schedule the pickup within 2 to 3 business days of confirming your return request.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method — the same UPI ID, card, or net banking account you used at checkout.

Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

COD is available for delivery addresses within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida). COD is not currently available outside Delhi NCR. You will see COD as an option at checkout only if your pincode qualifies.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at (+91) 888-207-9365 if you need to make a change.

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is something we are working toward.
