Every product on our site is described honestly. Where a product is handmade or hand-finished, we say so. Dimensions and materials are listed in each product description. If you receive something that does not match the listing, we will make it right.

All transactions on littledecorthing.com/ are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
Fair Pricing
The price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden charges beyond our shipping fee on orders below ₹499.
Right to Return
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product for any reason. See our Shipping & Refund page for full details on the return process.
Timely Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you by email or SMS when the refund is initiated.
What We Ask of Buyers
- Provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
- Be available to receive the package or make arrangements for someone else to receive it. Most couriers make one delivery attempt.
- Report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Do not attempt to return products that have been used, assembled, or altered.
Fraud and Misuse
We take fraudulent returns and misuse of our policies seriously. Any account found to be abusing return or refund policies will be reviewed and may be suspended. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in our policy.
