Shipping Policy
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Here is everything you need to know before placing an order.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch for all locations across India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Use that link to follow your shipment in real time on Shiprocket’s tracking portal. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for guidance on reading your shipment status.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available for delivery addresses within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida). COD is not available for orders outside Delhi NCR at this time. You will see COD as a payment option at checkout only if your pincode is eligible.
Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the address provided.
Return & Refund Policy
We want every purchase from Little Decor Things to feel right. If it does not, here is exactly how we handle it.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us within this window with your order number and a brief reason and we will get the process started.
How Returns Work
We arrange a reverse pickup from your address — you do not need to visit any courier office or drop the item anywhere. Our logistics partner Shiprocket will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days of your return request being confirmed.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Products that have been used, assembled, or altered cannot be returned.
- Damaged or defective products are eligible for return even if the packaging is not intact, provided you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products.
- Products purchased under clearance or special sale categories that are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refund Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- We confirm your return request and schedule a reverse pickup within 2 to 3 business days.
- Once the item is collected and inspected at our end, we confirm the refund.
- The refund is credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of confirmation.
Refunds go back to the same payment method used at checkout — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. There is no option to redirect a refund to a different account.
