We want every order from Little Decor Thing to feel right. If it does not, returning it is simple, and we handle the pickup from your door.
What our return policy covers
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product for any reason. No long explanations needed. Contact us within that window, and we will take it from there.
How to raise a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at (+91) 888-207-9365 or through our Contact page.
- Share your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We confirm your request and schedule a reverse pickup through Shiprocket within 2 to 3 business days.
- Keep the product ready in its original packaging on the day of pickup.
- Once the item is collected and inspected, we process your refund.
You do not need to visit any courier office or drop the item anywhere. The pickup comes to your door.
Refund timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our end, the refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method — the same UPI ID, card, or net banking account used at checkout.
Return conditions
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is in its original condition and has not been used, assembled, or altered.
- The original packaging is intact wherever possible.
For damaged or defective products, the packaging condition does not matter — but please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Items that cannot be returned
- Customised or personalised products.
- Products purchased under clearance or final sale categories that were marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged or wrong product
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, this is fully covered — as long as you report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photograph the product and the packaging clearly.
- Send the photos to us on WhatsApp at (+91) 888-207-9365.
- We will arrange a replacement dispatch or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cash on delivery orders
COD returns are handled the same way. Since there is no online payment to reverse, your refund will be issued via your preferred UPI ID or bank account. Please share your bank details when initiating the return. COD is available for Delhi NCR orders only.
