Product Arrived Damaged

  1. Do not discard the original packaging.
  2. Photograph the damage clearly, including the product, the packaging, and ideally the shipping label.
  3. Send the photographs to us on WhatsApp at (+91) 888-207-9365 within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Our team will assess the photographs and arrange either a replacement dispatch or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Damage reports made after 48 hours cannot be processed under our replacement policy, so please do not delay.

Wrong Product Received

  1. Check the packing slip inside the parcel against your original order.
  2. If there is a mismatch, photograph the item received alongside the packing slip.
  3. Contact us at (+91) 888-207-9365 within 48 hours and share the photographs.
  4. We will arrange collection of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one at no additional charge.

Product Not Matching Description

If a product looks significantly different from the website listing in colour, size, or material, contact us with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and offer a return or replacement as appropriate.

Please note that slight natural variations in wood grain, terracotta texture, or hand-painted finishes are expected and are not defects. Each piece is slightly unique due to its handmade nature.

Missing Items from Your Order

If part of your order is missing, check whether it was split into multiple shipments — this can happen when items in one order are fulfilled from different locations. Check your dispatch email for separate tracking numbers. If you have only one tracking number and an item is still missing, contact us at (+91) 888-207-9365 immediately.

Care and Maintenance Tips

  • Wooden items: Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight. A thin coat of coconut oil or wood polish once every 3 months keeps the grain looking good.
  • Terracotta items: Dust regularly. Do not submerge in water. Keep away from direct rain if used outdoors.
  • Metal and brass items: Wipe with a dry cloth. Use a mild brass polish occasionally to maintain the finish.
  • Woven items (cane, jute, bamboo): Keep away from excessive moisture. Brush off dust rather than wiping.
